Fees
Fees and engagement models
Kourounde Strategies is fee-only. It takes no commissions and distributes no products. Where the scope of a piece of work can be defined in advance, it is offered at a fixed price. Where it cannot, it is billed by the day. All prices are net and exclude 19% German VAT.
Financial Position Review
A structured review of a company's financial position, delivered as a written report with a prioritised action list. Designed for a specific trigger such as an upcoming bank meeting, an investor deadline, a tightening covenant, or a succession discussion.

- 5.Bankability, read from a lender's perspective.
- 6.Five prioritised actions, costed, with owner and deadline.

- Senior work performed personally by the managing director.
- Monthly retainer

- Priced after a scoping conversation, since effort depends entirely on the system landscape.
Scope boundaries
- Kourounde Strategies does not provide tax advice and does not prepare annual financial statements. These services are reserved to Steuerberater under § 5 StBerG.
- Kourounde Strategies does not perform statutory audits and does not issue audit opinions. Our work is an analysis, never a Prüfung within the meaning of the HGB.
- Kourounde Strategies is not authorised for investment brokerage or investment advice under §§ 34f and 34h GewO and makes no recommendations on financial instruments.
