A Berlin advisory firm for companies, founders and public-sector clients.
Kourounde Strategies UG advises on financing, strategy and digital transformation. The firm is registered in Berlin and works in German, English, French and Bambara. The firm's consulting work began in Kigali in 2019 and has been carried out from Berlin through Kourounde Strategies UG since 2025.
Mandate
What we do
The work covers six areas: corporate financial advisory, strategy and business development, digital transformation and AI integration, restructuring and performance, risk and governance, and advisory for public bodies and international organisations.
A mandate usually starts with an analysis of the numbers and the situation, and ends with a written result and a conversation about what to do next. Trainings and workshops can be arranged on the same topics.

One advisor, from start to finish.
On advisory mandates the work is carried out throughout by the managing director. On implementation projects responsibility for the mandate stays with the managing director; execution may be carried out by named partners. There is no handover to an anonymous project team.

Fee-only.
Kourounde Strategies takes no commissions and distributes no financial or insurance products. The client is the only party that pays.

What we do not do.
Kourounde Strategies is not authorised for investment brokerage or investment advice under §§ 34f and 34h GewO and provides neither. Where a mandate reaches that boundary, we say so and refer on.
